Ash-Shu'ara · 26:101

In context

1. إِذۡ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

   26:98When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds

2. وَمَآ أَضَلَّنَآ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ

   26:99And no one misguided us except the criminals

3. فَمَا لَنَا مِن شَٰفِعِينَ

   26:100So now we have no intercessors

4. وَلَا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٖ

   26:101And not a devoted friend

5. فَلَوۡ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةٗ فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

   26:102Then if we only had a return [to the world] and could be of the believers

6. إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

   26:103Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers

7. وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

   26:104And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful
