Ash-Shu'ara · 26:104

In context

1. وَلَا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٖ

   26:101And not a devoted friend

2. فَلَوۡ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةٗ فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

   26:102Then if we only had a return [to the world] and could be of the believers

3. إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

   26:103Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers

4. وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

   26:104And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful

5. كَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحٍ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

   26:105The people of Noah denied the messengers

6. إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ نُوحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

   26:106When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah

7. إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ

   26:107Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger
