Ash-Shu'ara · 26:145

In context

1. إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ صَٰلِحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

   26:142When their brother Salih said to them, "Will you not fear Allah

2. إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ

   26:143Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger

3. فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

   26:144So fear Allah and obey me

4. وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

   26:145And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds

5. أَتُتۡرَكُونَ فِي مَا هَٰهُنَآ ءَامِنِينَ

   26:146Will you be left in what is here, secure [from death]

6. فِي جَنَّـٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖ

   26:147Within gardens and springs

7. وَزُرُوعٖ وَنَخۡلٖ طَلۡعُهَا هَضِيمٞ

   26:148And fields of crops and palm trees with softened fruit
