Ash-Shu'ara · 26:149

In context

1. أَتُتۡرَكُونَ فِي مَا هَٰهُنَآ ءَامِنِينَ

   26:146Will you be left in what is here, secure [from death]

2. فِي جَنَّـٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖ

   26:147Within gardens and springs

3. وَزُرُوعٖ وَنَخۡلٖ طَلۡعُهَا هَضِيمٞ

   26:148And fields of crops and palm trees with softened fruit

4. وَتَنۡحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡجِبَالِ بُيُوتٗا فَٰرِهِينَ

   26:149And you carve out of the mountains, homes, with skill

5. فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

   26:150So fear Allah and obey me

6. وَلَا تُطِيعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ

   26:151And do not obey the order of the transgressors

7. ٱلَّذِينَ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ

   26:152Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend
