Ash-Shu'ara · 26:178

In context

1. وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

   26:175And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful

2. كَذَّبَ أَصۡحَٰبُ لۡـَٔيۡكَةِ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

   26:176The companions of the thicket denied the messengers

3. إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ شُعَيۡبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

   26:177When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah

4. إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ

   26:178Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger

5. فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

   26:179So fear Allah and obey me

6. وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

   26:180And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds

7. ۞أَوۡفُواْ ٱلۡكَيۡلَ وَلَا تَكُونُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡمُخۡسِرِينَ

   26:181Give full measure and do not be of those who cause loss
