Ash-Shu'ara · 26:181

In context

1. إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ

   26:178Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger

2. فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

   26:179So fear Allah and obey me

3. وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

   26:180And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds

4. ۞أَوۡفُواْ ٱلۡكَيۡلَ وَلَا تَكُونُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡمُخۡسِرِينَ

   26:181Give full measure and do not be of those who cause loss

5. وَزِنُواْ بِٱلۡقِسۡطَاسِ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمِ

   26:182And weigh with an even balance

6. وَلَا تَبۡخَسُواْ ٱلنَّاسَ أَشۡيَآءَهُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡثَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُفۡسِدِينَ

   26:183And do not deprive people of their due and do not commit abuse on earth, spreading corruption

7. وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُمۡ وَٱلۡجِبِلَّةَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

   26:184And fear He who created you and the former creation
