Ash-Shu'ara · 26:215

In context

1. إِنَّهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلسَّمۡعِ لَمَعۡزُولُونَ

   26:212Indeed they, from [its] hearing, are removed

2. فَلَا تَدۡعُ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُعَذَّبِينَ

   26:213So do not invoke with Allah another deity and [thus] be among the punished

3. وَأَنذِرۡ عَشِيرَتَكَ ٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ

   26:214And warn, [O Muhammad], your closest kindred

4. وَٱخۡفِضۡ جَنَاحَكَ لِمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

   26:215And lower your wing to those who follow you of the believers

5. فَإِنۡ عَصَوۡكَ فَقُلۡ إِنِّي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡمَلُونَ

   26:216And if they disobey you, then say, "Indeed, I am disassociated from what you are doing

6. وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

   26:217And rely upon the Exalted in Might, the Merciful

7. ٱلَّذِي يَرَىٰكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ

   26:218Who sees you when you arise
