As-Saffat · 37:117

In context

1. وَلَقَدۡ مَنَنَّا عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ

   37:114And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron

2. وَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُمَا وَقَوۡمَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

   37:115And We saved them and their people from the great affliction

3. وَنَصَرۡنَٰهُمۡ فَكَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبِينَ

   37:116And We supported them so it was they who overcame

4. وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمَا ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَبِينَ

   37:117And We gave them the explicit Scripture

5. وَهَدَيۡنَٰهُمَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ

   37:118And We guided them on the straight path

6. وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمَا فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

   37:119And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations

7. سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ

   37:120Peace upon Moses and Aaron
