As-Saffat · 37:118

In context

1. وَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُمَا وَقَوۡمَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

   37:115And We saved them and their people from the great affliction

2. وَنَصَرۡنَٰهُمۡ فَكَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبِينَ

   37:116And We supported them so it was they who overcame

3. وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمَا ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَبِينَ

   37:117And We gave them the explicit Scripture

4. وَهَدَيۡنَٰهُمَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ

   37:118And We guided them on the straight path

5. وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمَا فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

   37:119And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations

6. سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ

   37:120Peace upon Moses and Aaron

7. إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

   37:121Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good
