As-Saffat · 37:128

In context

1. أَتَدۡعُونَ بَعۡلٗا وَتَذَرُونَ أَحۡسَنَ ٱلۡخَٰلِقِينَ

   37:125Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators

2. ٱللَّهَ رَبَّكُمۡ وَرَبَّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

   37:126Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers

3. فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَإِنَّهُمۡ لَمُحۡضَرُونَ

   37:127And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment]

4. إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

   37:128Except the chosen servants of Allah

5. وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

   37:129And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations

6. سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰٓ إِلۡ يَاسِينَ

   37:130Peace upon Elias

7. إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

   37:131Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good
