As-Saffat · 37:129

In context

1. ٱللَّهَ رَبَّكُمۡ وَرَبَّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

   37:126Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers

2. فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَإِنَّهُمۡ لَمُحۡضَرُونَ

   37:127And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment]

3. إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

   37:128Except the chosen servants of Allah

4. وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

   37:129And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations

5. سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰٓ إِلۡ يَاسِينَ

   37:130Peace upon Elias

6. إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

   37:131Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good

7. إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

   37:132Indeed, he was of Our believing servants
