As-Saffat · 37:154

In context

1. أَلَآ إِنَّهُم مِّنۡ إِفۡكِهِمۡ لَيَقُولُونَ

   37:151Unquestionably, it is out of their [invented] falsehood that they say

2. وَلَدَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَكَٰذِبُونَ

   37:152Allah has begotten," and indeed, they are liars

3. أَصۡطَفَى ٱلۡبَنَاتِ عَلَى ٱلۡبَنِينَ

   37:153Has He chosen daughters over sons

4. مَا لَكُمۡ كَيۡفَ تَحۡكُمُونَ

   37:154What is [wrong] with you? How do you make judgement

5. أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ

   37:155Then will you not be reminded

6. أَمۡ لَكُمۡ سُلۡطَٰنٞ مُّبِينٞ

   37:156Or do you have a clear authority

7. فَأۡتُواْ بِكِتَٰبِكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

   37:157Then produce your scripture, if you should be truthful
