As-Saffat · 37:6

In context

1. فَٱلتَّـٰلِيَٰتِ ذِكۡرًا

   37:3And those who recite the message

2. إِنَّ إِلَٰهَكُمۡ لَوَٰحِدٞ

   37:4Indeed, your God is One

3. رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ ٱلۡمَشَٰرِقِ

   37:5Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises

4. إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا بِزِينَةٍ ٱلۡكَوَاكِبِ

   37:6Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars

5. وَحِفۡظٗا مِّن كُلِّ شَيۡطَٰنٖ مَّارِدٖ

   37:7And as protection against every rebellious devil

6. لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى ٱلۡمَلَإِ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ وَيُقۡذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٖ

   37:8[So] they may not listen to the exalted assembly [of angels] and are pelted from every side

7. دُحُورٗاۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ وَاصِبٌ

   37:9Repelled; and for them is a constant punishment
