As-Saffat · 37:77

In context

1. إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

   37:74But not the chosen servants of Allah

2. وَلَقَدۡ نَادَىٰنَا نُوحٞ فَلَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمُجِيبُونَ

   37:75And Noah had certainly called Us, and [We are] the best of responders

3. وَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

   37:76And We saved him and his family from the great affliction

4. وَجَعَلۡنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُۥ هُمُ ٱلۡبَاقِينَ

   37:77And We made his descendants those remaining [on the earth]

5. وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

   37:78And left for him [favorable mention] among later generations

6. سَلَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ نُوحٖ فِي ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

   37:79Peace upon Noah among the worlds

7. إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

   37:80Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good
