Az-Zukhruf · 43:76

In context

1. لَكُمۡ فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٞ كَثِيرَةٞ مِّنۡهَا تَأۡكُلُونَ

   43:73For you therein is much fruit from which you will eat

2. إِنَّ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ فِي عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدُونَ

   43:74Indeed, the criminals will be in the punishment of Hell, abiding eternally

3. لَا يُفَتَّرُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَهُمۡ فِيهِ مُبۡلِسُونَ

   43:75It will not be allowed to subside for them, and they, therein, are in despair

4. وَمَا ظَلَمۡنَٰهُمۡ وَلَٰكِن كَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

   43:76And We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers

5. وَنَادَوۡاْ يَٰمَٰلِكُ لِيَقۡضِ عَلَيۡنَا رَبُّكَۖ قَالَ إِنَّكُم مَّـٰكِثُونَ

   43:77And they will call, "O Malik, let your Lord put an end to us!" He will say, "Indeed, you will remain

6. لَقَدۡ جِئۡنَٰكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَكُمۡ لِلۡحَقِّ كَٰرِهُونَ

   43:78We had certainly brought you the truth, but most of you, to the truth, were averse

7. أَمۡ أَبۡرَمُوٓاْ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّا مُبۡرِمُونَ

   43:79Or have they devised [some] affair? But indeed, We are devising [a plan]
