Adh-Dhariyat · 51:19

In context

1. ءَاخِذِينَ مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَبۡلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُحۡسِنِينَ

   51:16Accepting what their Lord has given them. Indeed, they were before that doers of good

2. كَانُواْ قَلِيلٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ مَا يَهۡجَعُونَ

   51:17They used to sleep but little of the night

3. وَبِٱلۡأَسۡحَارِ هُمۡ يَسۡتَغۡفِرُونَ

   51:18And in the hours before dawn they would ask forgiveness

4. وَفِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقّٞ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ

   51:19And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived

5. وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ءَايَٰتٞ لِّلۡمُوقِنِينَ

   51:20And on the earth are signs for the certain [in faith]

6. وَفِيٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡۚ أَفَلَا تُبۡصِرُونَ

   51:21And in yourselves. Then will you not see

7. وَفِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ رِزۡقُكُمۡ وَمَا تُوعَدُونَ

   51:22And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised
