Adh-Dhariyat · 51:56

In context

1. أَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِهِۦۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمٞ طَاغُونَ

   51:53Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people

2. فَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِمَلُومٖ

   51:54So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed

3. وَذَكِّرۡ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

   51:55And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers

4. وَمَا خَلَقۡتُ ٱلۡجِنَّ وَٱلۡإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُونِ

   51:56And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me

5. مَآ أُرِيدُ مِنۡهُم مِّن رِّزۡقٖ وَمَآ أُرِيدُ أَن يُطۡعِمُونِ

   51:57I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me

6. إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلرَّزَّاقُ ذُو ٱلۡقُوَّةِ ٱلۡمَتِينُ

   51:58Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength

7. فَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ذَنُوبٗا مِّثۡلَ ذَنُوبِ أَصۡحَٰبِهِمۡ فَلَا يَسۡتَعۡجِلُونِ

   51:59And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me
