Ar-Rahman · 55:14

In context

1. فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٞ وَٱلنَّخۡلُ ذَاتُ ٱلۡأَكۡمَامِ

   55:11Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates]

2. وَٱلۡحَبُّ ذُو ٱلۡعَصۡفِ وَٱلرَّيۡحَانُ

   55:12And grain having husks and scented plants

3. فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ

   55:13So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

4. خَلَقَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ مِن صَلۡصَٰلٖ كَٱلۡفَخَّارِ

   55:14He created man from clay like [that of] pottery

5. وَخَلَقَ ٱلۡجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٖ مِّن نَّارٖ

   55:15And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire

6. فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ

   55:16So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny

7. رَبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقَيۡنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلۡمَغۡرِبَيۡنِ

   55:17[He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets
