Al-Waqi'ah · 56:26

In context

1. كَأَمۡثَٰلِ ٱللُّؤۡلُوِٕ ٱلۡمَكۡنُونِ

   56:23The likenesses of pearls well-protected

2. جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ

   56:24As reward for what they used to do

3. لَا يَسۡمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغۡوٗا وَلَا تَأۡثِيمًا

   56:25They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin

4. إِلَّا قِيلٗا سَلَٰمٗا سَلَٰمٗا

   56:26Only a saying: "Peace, peace

5. وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ

   56:27The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right

6. فِي سِدۡرٖ مَّخۡضُودٖ

   56:28[They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed

7. وَطَلۡحٖ مَّنضُودٖ

   56:29And [banana] trees layered [with fruit]
