Al-Waqi'ah · 56:27

In context

1. جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ

   56:24As reward for what they used to do

2. لَا يَسۡمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغۡوٗا وَلَا تَأۡثِيمًا

   56:25They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin

3. إِلَّا قِيلٗا سَلَٰمٗا سَلَٰمٗا

   56:26Only a saying: "Peace, peace

4. وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ

   56:27The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right

5. فِي سِدۡرٖ مَّخۡضُودٖ

   56:28[They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed

6. وَطَلۡحٖ مَّنضُودٖ

   56:29And [banana] trees layered [with fruit]

7. وَظِلّٖ مَّمۡدُودٖ

   56:30And shade extended
