Al-Waqi'ah · 56:6

In context

1. خَافِضَةٞ رَّافِعَةٌ

   56:3It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]

2. إِذَا رُجَّتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ رَجّٗا

   56:4When the earth is shaken with convulsion

3. وَبُسَّتِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ بَسّٗا

   56:5And the mountains are broken down, crumbling

4. فَكَانَتۡ هَبَآءٗ مُّنۢبَثّٗا

   56:6And become dust dispersing

5. وَكُنتُمۡ أَزۡوَٰجٗا ثَلَٰثَةٗ

   56:7And you become [of] three kinds

6. فَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ

   56:8Then the companions of the right - what are the companions of the right

7. وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ

   56:9And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left
