Al-Waqi'ah · 56:82

In context

1. لَّا يَمَسُّهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُطَهَّرُونَ

   56:79None touch it except the purified

2. تَنزِيلٞ مِّن رَّبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

   56:80[It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds

3. أَفَبِهَٰذَا ٱلۡحَدِيثِ أَنتُم مُّدۡهِنُونَ

   56:81Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent

4. وَتَجۡعَلُونَ رِزۡقَكُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ تُكَذِّبُونَ

   56:82And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]

5. فَلَوۡلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلۡحُلۡقُومَ

   56:83Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat

6. وَأَنتُمۡ حِينَئِذٖ تَنظُرُونَ

   56:84And you are at that time looking on

7. وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَيۡهِ مِنكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تُبۡصِرُونَ

   56:85And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see
