Al-Qalam · 68:38

In context

1. أَفَنَجۡعَلُ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ كَٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ

   68:35Then will We treat the Muslims like the criminals

2. مَا لَكُمۡ كَيۡفَ تَحۡكُمُونَ

   68:36What is [the matter] with you? How do you judge

3. أَمۡ لَكُمۡ كِتَٰبٞ فِيهِ تَدۡرُسُونَ

   68:37Or do you have a scripture in which you learn

4. إِنَّ لَكُمۡ فِيهِ لَمَا تَخَيَّرُونَ

   68:38That indeed for you is whatever you choose

5. أَمۡ لَكُمۡ أَيۡمَٰنٌ عَلَيۡنَا بَٰلِغَةٌ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ إِنَّ لَكُمۡ لَمَا تَحۡكُمُونَ

   68:39Or do you have oaths [binding] upon Us, extending until the Day of Resurrection, that indeed for you is whatever you judge

6. سَلۡهُمۡ أَيُّهُم بِذَٰلِكَ زَعِيمٌ

   68:40Ask them which of them, for that [claim], is responsible

7. أَمۡ لَهُمۡ شُرَكَآءُ فَلۡيَأۡتُواْ بِشُرَكَآئِهِمۡ إِن كَانُواْ صَٰدِقِينَ

   68:41Or do they have partners? Then let them bring their partners, if they should be truthful
