Al-Qalam · 68:6

In context

1. وَإِنَّ لَكَ لَأَجۡرًا غَيۡرَ مَمۡنُونٖ

   68:3And indeed, for you is a reward uninterrupted

2. وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٖ

   68:4And indeed, you are of a great moral character

3. فَسَتُبۡصِرُ وَيُبۡصِرُونَ

   68:5So you will see and they will see

4. بِأَييِّكُمُ ٱلۡمَفۡتُونُ

   68:6Which of you is the afflicted [by a devil]

5. إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ

   68:7Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has gone astray from His way, and He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided

6. فَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

   68:8Then do not obey the deniers

7. وَدُّواْ لَوۡ تُدۡهِنُ فَيُدۡهِنُونَ

   68:9They wish that you would soften [in your position], so they would soften [toward you]
