Al-Haqqah · 69:33

In context

1. خُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُ

   69:30[Allah will say], "Seize him and shackle him

2. ثُمَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ

   69:31Then into Hellfire drive him

3. ثُمَّ فِي سِلۡسِلَةٖ ذَرۡعُهَا سَبۡعُونَ ذِرَاعٗا فَٱسۡلُكُوهُ

   69:32Then into a chain whose length is seventy cubits insert him

4. إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

   69:33Indeed, he did not used to believe in Allah, the Most Great

5. وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ

   69:34Nor did he encourage the feeding of the poor

6. فَلَيۡسَ لَهُ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ هَٰهُنَا حَمِيمٞ

   69:35So there is not for him here this Day any devoted friend

7. وَلَا طَعَامٌ إِلَّا مِنۡ غِسۡلِينٖ

   69:36Nor any food except from the discharge of wounds
