Al-Ma'arij · 70:30

In context

1. وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم مِّنۡ عَذَابِ رَبِّهِم مُّشۡفِقُونَ

   70:27And those who are fearful of the punishment of their Lord

2. إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّهِمۡ غَيۡرُ مَأۡمُونٖ

   70:28Indeed, the punishment of their Lord is not that from which one is safe

3. وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ لِفُرُوجِهِمۡ حَٰفِظُونَ

   70:29And those who guard their private parts

4. إِلَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَزۡوَٰجِهِمۡ أَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُهُمۡ فَإِنَّهُمۡ غَيۡرُ مَلُومِينَ

   70:30Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed

5. فَمَنِ ٱبۡتَغَىٰ وَرَآءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡعَادُونَ

   70:31But whoever seeks beyond that, then they are the transgressors

6. وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمۡ وَعَهۡدِهِمۡ رَٰعُونَ

   70:32And those who are to their trusts and promises attentive

7. وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمۡ قَآئِمُونَ

   70:33And those who are in their testimonies upright
