Al-Muddaththir · 74:13

In context

1. عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ غَيۡرُ يَسِيرٖ

   74:10For the disbelievers - not easy

2. ذَرۡنِي وَمَنۡ خَلَقۡتُ وَحِيدٗا

   74:11Leave Me with the one I created alone

3. وَجَعَلۡتُ لَهُۥ مَالٗا مَّمۡدُودٗا

   74:12And to whom I granted extensive wealth

4. وَبَنِينَ شُهُودٗا

   74:13And children present [with him]

5. وَمَهَّدتُّ لَهُۥ تَمۡهِيدٗا

   74:14And spread [everything] before him, easing [his life]

6. ثُمَّ يَطۡمَعُ أَنۡ أَزِيدَ

   74:15Then he desires that I should add more

7. كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لِأٓيَٰتِنَا عَنِيدٗا

   74:16No! Indeed, he has been toward Our verses obstinate
