Al-Muddaththir · 74:37

In context

1. وَٱلصُّبۡحِ إِذَآ أَسۡفَرَ

   74:34And [by] the morning when it brightens

2. إِنَّهَا لَإِحۡدَى ٱلۡكُبَرِ

   74:35Indeed, the Fire is of the greatest [afflictions]

3. نَذِيرٗا لِّلۡبَشَرِ

   74:36As a warning to humanity

4. لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمۡ أَن يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوۡ يَتَأَخَّرَ

   74:37To whoever wills among you to proceed or stay behind

5. كُلُّ نَفۡسِۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ رَهِينَةٌ

   74:38Every soul, for what it has earned, will be retained

6. إِلَّآ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلۡيَمِينِ

   74:39Except the companions of the right

7. فِي جَنَّـٰتٖ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ

   74:40[Who will be] in gardens, questioning each other
