Al-Qiyamah · 75:13

In context

1. يَقُولُ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ يَوۡمَئِذٍ أَيۡنَ ٱلۡمَفَرُّ

   75:10Man will say on that Day, "Where is the [place of] escape

2. كَلَّا لَا وَزَرَ

   75:11No! There is no refuge

3. إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوۡمَئِذٍ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقَرُّ

   75:12To your Lord, that Day, is the [place of] permanence

4. يُنَبَّؤُاْ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ يَوۡمَئِذِۭ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ

   75:13Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept back

5. بَلِ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِهِۦ بَصِيرَةٞ

   75:14Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness

6. وَلَوۡ أَلۡقَىٰ مَعَاذِيرَهُۥ

   75:15Even if he presents his excuses

7. لَا تُحَرِّكۡ بِهِۦ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعۡجَلَ بِهِۦٓ

   75:16Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an
