Al-Qiyamah · 75:28

In context

1. تَظُنُّ أَن يُفۡعَلَ بِهَا فَاقِرَةٞ

   75:25Expecting that there will be done to them [something] backbreaking

2. كَلَّآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلتَّرَاقِيَ

   75:26No! When the soul has reached the collar bones

3. وَقِيلَ مَنۡۜ رَاقٖ

   75:27And it is said, "Who will cure [him]

4. وَظَنَّ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡفِرَاقُ

   75:28And the dying one is certain that it is the [time of] separation

5. وَٱلۡتَفَّتِ ٱلسَّاقُ بِٱلسَّاقِ

   75:29And the leg is wound about the leg

6. إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوۡمَئِذٍ ٱلۡمَسَاقُ

   75:30To your Lord, that Day, will be the procession

7. فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ

   75:31And the disbeliever had not believed, nor had he prayed
