Al-Qiyamah · 75:29

In context

1. كَلَّآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلتَّرَاقِيَ

   75:26No! When the soul has reached the collar bones

2. وَقِيلَ مَنۡۜ رَاقٖ

   75:27And it is said, "Who will cure [him]

3. وَظَنَّ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡفِرَاقُ

   75:28And the dying one is certain that it is the [time of] separation

4. وَٱلۡتَفَّتِ ٱلسَّاقُ بِٱلسَّاقِ

   75:29And the leg is wound about the leg

5. إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ يَوۡمَئِذٍ ٱلۡمَسَاقُ

   75:30To your Lord, that Day, will be the procession

6. فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ

   75:31And the disbeliever had not believed, nor had he prayed

7. وَلَٰكِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ

   75:32But [instead], he denied and turned away
