Al-Qiyamah · 75:34

In context

1. فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ

   75:31And the disbeliever had not believed, nor had he prayed

2. وَلَٰكِن كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ

   75:32But [instead], he denied and turned away

3. ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِۦ يَتَمَطَّىٰٓ

   75:33And then he went to his people, swaggering [in pride]

4. أَوۡلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوۡلَىٰ

   75:34Woe to you, and woe

5. ثُمَّ أَوۡلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوۡلَىٰٓ

   75:35Then woe to you, and woe

6. أَيَحۡسَبُ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ أَن يُتۡرَكَ سُدًى

   75:36Does man think that he will be left neglected

7. أَلَمۡ يَكُ نُطۡفَةٗ مِّن مَّنِيّٖ يُمۡنَىٰ

   75:37Had he not been a sperm from semen emitted
