Al-Mursalat · 77:17

In context

1. وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ

   77:14And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement

2. وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

   77:15Woe, that Day, to the deniers

3. أَلَمۡ نُهۡلِكِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

   77:16Did We not destroy the former peoples

4. ثُمَّ نُتۡبِعُهُمُ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

   77:17Then We will follow them with the later ones

5. كَذَٰلِكَ نَفۡعَلُ بِٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ

   77:18Thus do We deal with the criminals

6. وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

   77:19Woe, that Day, to the deniers

7. أَلَمۡ نَخۡلُقكُّم مِّن مَّآءٖ مَّهِينٖ

   77:20Did We not create you from a liquid disdained
