An-Naba · 78:31

In context

1. وَكَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا كِذَّابٗا

   78:28And denied Our verses with [emphatic] denial

2. وَكُلَّ شَيۡءٍ أَحۡصَيۡنَٰهُ كِتَٰبٗا

   78:29But all things We have enumerated in writing

3. فَذُوقُواْ فَلَن نَّزِيدَكُمۡ إِلَّا عَذَابًا

   78:30So taste [the penalty], and never will We increase you except in torment

4. إِنَّ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ مَفَازًا

   78:31Indeed, for the righteous is attainment

5. حَدَآئِقَ وَأَعۡنَٰبٗا

   78:32Gardens and grapevines

6. وَكَوَاعِبَ أَتۡرَابٗا

   78:33And full-breasted [companions] of equal age

7. وَكَأۡسٗا دِهَاقٗا

   78:34And a full cup
