'Abasa · 80:12

In context

1. وَهُوَ يَخۡشَىٰ

   80:9While he fears [Allah]

2. فَأَنتَ عَنۡهُ تَلَهَّىٰ

   80:10From him you are distracted

3. كَلَّآ إِنَّهَا تَذۡكِرَةٞ

   80:11No! Indeed, these verses are a reminder

4. فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ

   80:12So whoever wills may remember it

5. فِي صُحُفٖ مُّكَرَّمَةٖ

   80:13[It is recorded] in honored sheets

6. مَّرۡفُوعَةٖ مُّطَهَّرَةِۭ

   80:14Exalted and purified

7. بِأَيۡدِي سَفَرَةٖ

   80:15[Carried] by the hands of messenger-angels
