'Abasa · 80:18

In context

1. بِأَيۡدِي سَفَرَةٖ

   80:15[Carried] by the hands of messenger-angels

2. كِرَامِۭ بَرَرَةٖ

   80:16Noble and dutiful

3. قُتِلَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مَآ أَكۡفَرَهُۥ

   80:17Cursed is man; how disbelieving is he

4. مِنۡ أَيِّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقَهُۥ

   80:18From what substance did He create him

5. مِن نُّطۡفَةٍ خَلَقَهُۥ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ

   80:19From a sperm-drop He created him and destined for him

6. ثُمَّ ٱلسَّبِيلَ يَسَّرَهُۥ

   80:20Then He eased the way for him

7. ثُمَّ أَمَاتَهُۥ فَأَقۡبَرَهُۥ

   80:21Then He causes his death and provides a grave for him
