'Abasa · 80:26

In context

1. كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقۡضِ مَآ أَمَرَهُۥ

   80:23No! Man has not yet accomplished what He commanded him

2. فَلۡيَنظُرِ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ إِلَىٰ طَعَامِهِۦٓ

   80:24Then let mankind look at his food

3. أَنَّا صَبَبۡنَا ٱلۡمَآءَ صَبّٗا

   80:25How We poured down water in torrents

4. ثُمَّ شَقَقۡنَا ٱلۡأَرۡضَ شَقّٗا

   80:26Then We broke open the earth, splitting [it with sprouts]

5. فَأَنۢبَتۡنَا فِيهَا حَبّٗا

   80:27And caused to grow within it grain

6. وَعِنَبٗا وَقَضۡبٗا

   80:28And grapes and herbage

7. وَزَيۡتُونٗا وَنَخۡلٗا

   80:29And olive and palm trees
