Al-Infitar · 82:5

In context

1. وَإِذَا ٱلۡكَوَاكِبُ ٱنتَثَرَتۡ

   82:2And when the stars fall, scattering

2. وَإِذَا ٱلۡبِحَارُ فُجِّرَتۡ

   82:3And when the seas are erupted

3. وَإِذَا ٱلۡقُبُورُ بُعۡثِرَتۡ

   82:4And when the [contents of] graves are scattered

4. عَلِمَتۡ نَفۡسٞ مَّا قَدَّمَتۡ وَأَخَّرَتۡ

   82:5A soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back

5. يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلۡكَرِيمِ

   82:6O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous

6. ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ

   82:7Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you

7. فِيٓ أَيِّ صُورَةٖ مَّا شَآءَ رَكَّبَكَ

   82:8In whatever form He willed has He assembled you
