Al-Mutaffifin · 83:10

In context

1. كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلۡفُجَّارِ لَفِي سِجِّينٖ

   83:7No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in sijjeen

2. وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا سِجِّينٞ

   83:8And what can make you know what is sijjeen

3. كِتَٰبٞ مَّرۡقُومٞ

   83:9It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed

4. وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

   83:10Woe, that Day, to the deniers

5. ٱلَّذِينَ يُكَذِّبُونَ بِيَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ

   83:11Who deny the Day of Recompense

6. وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا كُلُّ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ

   83:12And none deny it except every sinful transgressor

7. إِذَا تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡهِ ءَايَٰتُنَا قَالَ أَسَٰطِيرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

   83:13When Our verses are recited to him, he says, "Legends of the former peoples
