Al-Mutaffifin · 83:21

In context

1. كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلۡأَبۡرَارِ لَفِي عِلِّيِّينَ

   83:18No! Indeed, the record of the righteous is in 'illiyyun

2. وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا عِلِّيُّونَ

   83:19And what can make you know what is 'illiyyun

3. كِتَٰبٞ مَّرۡقُومٞ

   83:20It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed

4. يَشۡهَدُهُ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ

   83:21Which is witnessed by those brought near [to Allah]

5. إِنَّ ٱلۡأَبۡرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيمٍ

   83:22Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure

6. عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَآئِكِ يَنظُرُونَ

   83:23On adorned couches, observing

7. تَعۡرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِهِمۡ نَضۡرَةَ ٱلنَّعِيمِ

   83:24You will recognize in their faces the radiance of pleasure
