Al-Mutaffifin · 83:23

In context

1. كِتَٰبٞ مَّرۡقُومٞ

   83:20It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed

2. يَشۡهَدُهُ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ

   83:21Which is witnessed by those brought near [to Allah]

3. إِنَّ ٱلۡأَبۡرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيمٍ

   83:22Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure

4. عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَآئِكِ يَنظُرُونَ

   83:23On adorned couches, observing

5. تَعۡرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِهِمۡ نَضۡرَةَ ٱلنَّعِيمِ

   83:24You will recognize in their faces the radiance of pleasure

6. يُسۡقَوۡنَ مِن رَّحِيقٖ مَّخۡتُومٍ

   83:25They will be given to drink [pure] wine [which was] sealed

7. خِتَٰمُهُۥ مِسۡكٞۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكَ فَلۡيَتَنَافَسِ ٱلۡمُتَنَٰفِسُونَ

   83:26The last of it is musk. So for this let the competitors compete
