Al-Mutaffifin · 83:26

In context

1. عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَآئِكِ يَنظُرُونَ

   83:23On adorned couches, observing

2. تَعۡرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِهِمۡ نَضۡرَةَ ٱلنَّعِيمِ

   83:24You will recognize in their faces the radiance of pleasure

3. يُسۡقَوۡنَ مِن رَّحِيقٖ مَّخۡتُومٍ

   83:25They will be given to drink [pure] wine [which was] sealed

4. خِتَٰمُهُۥ مِسۡكٞۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكَ فَلۡيَتَنَافَسِ ٱلۡمُتَنَٰفِسُونَ

   83:26The last of it is musk. So for this let the competitors compete

5. وَمِزَاجُهُۥ مِن تَسۡنِيمٍ

   83:27And its mixture is of Tasneem

6. عَيۡنٗا يَشۡرَبُ بِهَا ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ

   83:28A spring from which those near [to Allah] drink

7. إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ كَانُواْ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يَضۡحَكُونَ

   83:29Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed
