In context

1. وَإِذَا رَأَوۡهُمۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ

   83:32And when they saw them, they would say, "Indeed, those are truly lost

2. وَمَآ أُرۡسِلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَٰفِظِينَ

   83:33But they had not been sent as guardians over them

3. فَٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡكُفَّارِ يَضۡحَكُونَ

   83:34So Today those who believed are laughing at the disbelievers

4. عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَآئِكِ يَنظُرُونَ

   83:35On adorned couches, observing

5. هَلۡ ثُوِّبَ ٱلۡكُفَّارُ مَا كَانُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ

   83:36Have the disbelievers [not] been rewarded [this Day] for what they used to do
