In context

1. وَمَآ أُرۡسِلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَٰفِظِينَ

   83:33But they had not been sent as guardians over them

2. فَٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡكُفَّارِ يَضۡحَكُونَ

   83:34So Today those who believed are laughing at the disbelievers

3. عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَآئِكِ يَنظُرُونَ

   83:35On adorned couches, observing

4. هَلۡ ثُوِّبَ ٱلۡكُفَّارُ مَا كَانُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ

   83:36Have the disbelievers [not] been rewarded [this Day] for what they used to do
