Al-Inshiqaq · 84:18

In context

1. بَلَىٰٓۚ إِنَّ رَبَّهُۥ كَانَ بِهِۦ بَصِيرٗا

   84:15But yes! Indeed, his Lord was ever of him, Seeing

2. فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِٱلشَّفَقِ

   84:16So I swear by the twilight glow

3. وَٱلَّيۡلِ وَمَا وَسَقَ

   84:17And [by] the night and what it envelops

4. وَٱلۡقَمَرِ إِذَا ٱتَّسَقَ

   84:18And [by] the moon when it becomes full

5. لَتَرۡكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن طَبَقٖ

   84:19[That] you will surely experience state after state

6. فَمَا لَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

   84:20So what is [the matter] with them [that] they do not believe

7. وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ لَا يَسۡجُدُونَۤ۩

   84:21And when the Qur'an is recited to them, they do not prostrate [to Allah]
