Al-Buruj · 85:15

In context

1. إِنَّ بَطۡشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِيدٌ

   85:12Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe

2. إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبۡدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ

   85:13Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats

3. وَهُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلۡوَدُودُ

   85:14And He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate

4. ذُو ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱلۡمَجِيدُ

   85:15Honorable Owner of the Throne

5. فَعَّالٞ لِّمَا يُرِيدُ

   85:16Effecter of what He intends

6. هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ٱلۡجُنُودِ

   85:17Has there reached you the story of the soldiers

7. فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَثَمُودَ

   85:18[Those of] Pharaoh and Thamud
