In context

1. بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي تَكۡذِيبٖ

   85:19But they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial

2. وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطُۢ

   85:20While Allah encompasses them from behind

3. بَلۡ هُوَ قُرۡءَانٞ مَّجِيدٞ

   85:21But this is an honored Qur'an

4. فِي لَوۡحٖ مَّحۡفُوظِۭ
