At-Tariq · 86:7

In context

1. إِن كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ لَّمَّا عَلَيۡهَا حَافِظٞ

   86:4There is no soul but that it has over it a protector

2. فَلۡيَنظُرِ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ

   86:5So let man observe from what he was created

3. خُلِقَ مِن مَّآءٖ دَافِقٖ

   86:6He was created from a fluid, ejected

4. يَخۡرُجُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِ ٱلصُّلۡبِ وَٱلتَّرَآئِبِ

   86:7Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs

5. إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ رَجۡعِهِۦ لَقَادِرٞ

   86:8Indeed, Allah, to return him [to life], is Able

6. يَوۡمَ تُبۡلَى ٱلسَّرَآئِرُ

   86:9The Day when secrets will be put on trial

7. فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن قُوَّةٖ وَلَا نَاصِرٖ

   86:10Then man will have no power or any helper
