Al-A'la · 87:19

In context

1. بَلۡ تُؤۡثِرُونَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا

   87:16But you prefer the worldly life

2. وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ خَيۡرٞ وَأَبۡقَىٰٓ

   87:17While the Hereafter is better and more enduring

3. إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَفِي ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ

   87:18Indeed, this is in the former scriptures

4. صُحُفِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ

   87:19The scriptures of Abraham and Moses
