Al-Balad · 90:15

In context

1. وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡعَقَبَةُ

   90:12And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass

2. فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ

   90:13It is the freeing of a slave

3. أَوۡ إِطۡعَٰمٞ فِي يَوۡمٖ ذِي مَسۡغَبَةٖ

   90:14Or feeding on a day of severe hunger

4. يَتِيمٗا ذَا مَقۡرَبَةٍ

   90:15An orphan of near relationship

5. أَوۡ مِسۡكِينٗا ذَا مَتۡرَبَةٖ

   90:16Or a needy person in misery

6. ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡمَرۡحَمَةِ

   90:17And then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion

7. أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ

   90:18Those are the companions of the right
